   I’ve been to Runners World twice, once to get my son running shoes and more recently for myself. Both times I’ve been really impressed with the warm and insightful customer service from Alan and Jason and both times we’ve come away with shoes that we’ve been really happy with. Many thanks for finding us the perfect shoes, they’ve been invaluable on the weekly Parkrun!

   I had to buy shoes and thought of getting the gait analysis done as well. checked around locally and found them with good reviews. went today and met with two lovely gentlemen (forgot to catch their names). had a thorough check for the gait and was given few options of shoes. they really went into the minute details to make sure that I get the perfect fit for my shoes. I was happy and also had my wife's gait checked and bought a pair of shoes for her as well. in the end my kids were given a chocolate which made them very happy too. p.s the gait checking is for 20 pounds but if you buy shoes from them,the price is deducted. you can also have the gait testing form for 20 pounds and will be given the voucher which can be redeemed later when you buy shoes

   I was greeted by a lovely man named "Jason". He was very helpful and the store was recommended to me by my siblings who are runners and gym goers. However, I needed the shoes for work, as I was on my feet a lot and needed something comfortable as my old driving shoes were giving me blisters and rubbing. Jason was lovely and friendly and really informative. And the added experience of the treadmill shows I was in the right place as it showed my walking style, and I was told was would be best for me. It was money well spent, and I am very happy with my fully black Brooks Adrenalines, and have been wearing them for a little under a week, and they are amazing. Thank you so much Jason for your help. I will recommend this shop to those who need shoes for work or exercise.

   I hobbled in painfully with my plantar fasciitis, and was welcomed by the team, who took my long list of specific requirements and brought three pairs for me to try on. I had a gait analysis conducted and ran through all the options for shoes they could order, or even not order. As it turned out the first pair I tried were amazing. I have never worn such comfy shoes, and I bounced out the shop with my old pair wrapped up in the box and they haven't seen daylight since. Amazing service, super knowledge, and very friendly. The team know what they are doing and you can feel assured. Price was excellent too given a gait study was done with camera on the treadmill. I highly recommend.

   I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Alan for your invaluable time and advice. I had to get a pair of running shoes for my problematic feet (I have scars from surgeries on both of my feet). Alan provided an excellent service assessing my gait and subsequent requirements. I now have pair of running shoes which don’t hurt and should work for me!

   Went to the Watford store yesterday. Alan’s knowledge is second to none and never met anyone so passionate about trainers and feet in my life!!! I don’t run but need supportive trainers for during the day and light exercise. Alan gave me lots to try on. Did the gait analysis on me, which was very informative and answered all my questions. Have purchased my trainers and look forward to trying them out when they arrive. Thanks for a great service.

   Just bought my first new pair of running shoes in a long while in this excellent shop. Alan was so friendly and helpful and spent plenty of time with me, using the running machine and the gait analysis to find me a lovely, comfortable pair of shoes in the correct size (I had previously been wearing a size smaller). I didn't feel rushed or pushed into my purchase and I'm looking forward to my next run!

   I have hypermobile joints and was advised to get properly fitted trainers as my old Nikes weren’t up to the job. I Went and saw Alan and the lovely assistant (sorry I forgot your name, my memory is terrible) straight away they sorted me out with different options and helped me find a pair that supported just right. Both seemed genuinely interested in getting the right pair and not just the most expensive. No pushy sales, just a really nice place to go. I got longer laces as I needed the top back loops and Alan kindly laced them for me too! Lovely guys, will definitely be recommending the shop! I got the Brooks adrenaline 22 GTS and they are super comfortable!
