Staff were wonderfully friendly, and very professional! First time I’d had my hair cut in quite a while as I was growing the length out, and the style advice was brilliant! Left feeling happy and like my hair was refreshed and full of life!
Olivia and the team were so friendly and went the extra mile to make my kids haircuts stress free. I came back the next day for my haircut and was really pleased with my beautiful hair.
Unfortunately I not a happy customer, I went to Jon to get a balayage done on my hair after I was recommended by a friend. He cut my hair fine hence the 2 stars but the colour was totally wrong, it's not a balayage at all and completely different to what I asked for(I even showed him a photo for reference) he didn't blend the colours causing my hair to be stripey!! And he has dyed my roots way too high which isn't a balayage! Was really upset the following day and decided to contact the salon about what they would suggest I do...he offered 30pound refund which was abit of a joke considering I paid 74 in total! After debating I got a 44pound refund towards getting it corrected somewhere else. Really upset.
I’ve been going to The Gallery for a good couple of years now, having previously struggled for years to find a hairdresser who actually did what I asked with my hair! The salon owner, Sam, has always done my hair and I could not be happier with the results. I’ve been trying to grow my hair for about 15 years since having a bad cut when I was younger. Sam has been great, recommending various products to help with my hair’s growth and strength. Her hairdressing skills are second to none and my hair has genuinely never looked or felt better. I have recommended the salon to all my friends and would do the same for anyone looking for a fantastic hairdresser!
