   Online says that they close at 9pm on Fridays. I got there at 8.05pm and their tills were closed - according to the staff in store, this discrepancy has been reported to the head office team, and nothing has been done. I emailed that team, and got fobbed off. I probably wouldn't return here unless I was desperate

   Today I had amazing service in Office on the kings road, I only went in to pick up a pair of shoe for my partner and came away with 2 pairs for me as well (I much I am thrilled about) The team worked really well together and the atmosphere was great, I have worked along the kings road for over 5 years and this is the best service I have ever received in office. The manger was delightful and when I commented on the service, she was very gracious and continued the great service she is clearly leading very well by example. Thank you

   Very rood store manager. According to him his name is Mel. Very unpleasant. My shoes was faulty as had a cut in the leather on the upset side of the shoe and as they are suede that cut will rip further when I wear; so I referred to Consumer Rights Act 2015. The store manager was making a mockery and said not all shoes are perfect and was quite pleased with himself that he could reject a customer as he is manager and no one else to talk to at the store. Sadly this is my local store which I used to shop at regularly. I’ll post them to office, I’m sure it won’t be a problem but will just take a bit longer. Sad to come across such attitude.

   I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to write one about this store. The staff are so unprofessional and act as if you have done something wrong just for wanting to buy shoes - sighing, eye rolling, taking forever in the stock room and maybe coming back (maybe not?). And that’s when you actually get someone’s attention. Every time I go there I leave so frustrated. This store needs new managers and training!

   The staff here are DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Customers are a massive bother to them and interrupt their day. They talk amongst themselves and give you dirty looks. They very begrudgingly bring you shoes and practically dump them down without a word. If you ask a question they bark a one-word answer. They should shut this place down. It gives Office Shoes a terrible reputation.

   Haven't had a good experience in any Office for a while and I didn't receive my refund for two months (after constant emailing and getting my bank involved). There competitors seem better ... I wouldn't waste my time here

   Such rude staff. Honestly the worst customer service . At around 3.30pm today, I was being served by a lady with glasses and dreadlocks and her attitude was so rude and uncalled for. I actually had to tell her that having some manners will not hurt her. I asked her for her first name and she responded, “ you don’t need to know that”. What kind of customer service is this? Imagine the thought of spending money at stores with staff like this. I will be telling about this… not on at all.
