    The rudest and most off putting customer service i’v seen in a luxury store. So disappointing i’v been a fan of the brand for so long, the lady was so rude I couldn’t even think of what I wanted. Apparently she’s rude to everyone I was talking about my experience with some friends they knew exactly who I was talking about straight away.

    Very rude sales manager. I initially reserved the desired shoes model before purchasing and came to the store to buy it. When I gave it as a gift, it turned out that the sole was almost coming off and the glue was visible. I called the store and said they could exchange it. When I came to change it, the administrator was as rude as possible, ironically saying that such a defect could not happen, until she saw the shoes herself. In the end, the shoes were replaced. In comparison with Harrods, the shoes are somehow of lower quality and the employees are absolutely terrible. I got the feeling that they were slipping in fakes...

    Tiniest store, smallest collection, lest professional staff - moa store to waste your time in. Go to Harrods or online. Asking for 30% fees for a special order then realised that they have it online with normal price. VIP event, doesn't even have a mirror in the room... Don't care about the money just the people are are not trustworthy to shop nor visit. Overall not a shop recommanding to visit. If you are looking for their brand go to Harrods or online.
