Arrived 30 minutes early, not offered a drink, had to ask for a glass of water. Got a very young lady when I thought I was getting a stylist, really bad cut, had to cut my own hair since, length is all over the place, came out upset, didn’t feel good about myself, awful experience.
I have been going to XTG for a haircut and blonde highlights with Faye for years. Even after moving to London I wont get a haircut anywhere else. Having short curly hair I am very particular and Faye leaves me looking and feeling perfect every time !

I have been coming to XTG for approx. 18 years and their training shows in their work. Sam is an exceptional precision stylist who is realistic and honest in what I can achieve with my hair. Very telling is the complements I get when my hair is in a poker straight bob or a short funky style. Could not recommend the team highly enough. Very friendly staff, lovely environment and always walk away happy with a trim or a complete re-style!
As an ex cancer patient I've had problems with my hair and how thin, weak it is. Faye has done an amazing job of making it look thicker and a younger look. I feel a million dollars after my visits! Today especially. The salon is clean, airy and well maintained. Bathroom clean and stocked. Plenty of beverages available with biscuits!! Staff polite and fall over themselves to help. Their product knowledge is outstanding and nothing is too much. Well done ladies.
Today was my first visit , I had a full head of colour and it was a super experience, I was shown different options and listened to attentively....highly reccomend this hairdresser , great value for money also ! I'm going back for sure! Thank you Christie.

With the length and thickness of my hair i’ve always struggled to find a hairdresser who can style it how i want it, but today after Jess cut it for me i don’t think i’ll ever go anywhere else! She did an amazing job of my hair and really listened to everything i asked for. She was also so welcoming and created a lovely atmosphere from the moment i walked in; i probably talked her ear off but we had some great conversations! Will definitely be coming back, thanks for such a great experience!
