   I find this pharmacy terrible to deal with and would avoid any interaction with them. They are so awkward and unhelpful. Often find them chatting in the back and leave you standing there waiting on them to finish their gossiping. Customer service is non-existent and they talk & look at you like you are bothering them. Especially the tall asian man (pharmacist, not the older guy who is sometimes in the front) with the bald head and the woman with blonde bobbed hair

   Useless, wouldn’t prescribe antibiotics due to the prescription not stating whether capsules or tablets (after hours in the walk in centre). Apparently it is pharmacists discretion then to serve either or not all, obviously felt jobsworthy enough to do the latter. That in mind, useless NHS strike again.

   Excellent experience, it's the first time after being so let down by my local wells pharmacy, it used to take 4.5. or 6 days and only when you got the shop did we find that either they didn't have it or it had gone to their hub ( a big warehouse) and then you would have wait even longer. So we changed to Lloyd's they received it on Monday and it was ready on Tuesday brilliant service.

   Today 9/4/20 I had to collect my prescription but there was problem (nothing to do with Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury’s) I have got to say that each and everyone of the staff at the pharmacy were extremely professional and went that a mile to help me. They could see I was in pain and we got things sorted. They were so helpful and I felt I had to leave a review to say thank you to all be pharmacy staff there

   I found the staff unwelcoming and unhelpful with advice on “over the counter” prescriptions. The Asian lad was completely unhappy to help, unsure whether that’s because he doesn’t speak English or he was unmotivated and didn’t want to come to work that day. Overall experience was unpleasant and Improvement needed!
