   A bit disappointed... Presented "Yes and No" shoes were very nice. Once received they didn't looked same way. Very simple design and writing. Take care to have a look at the website to get a more close picture of what you'll get (more close to ours). Hopefully my daughter don't care and like them but as parent customer I don't feel comfortable.

   I do not like to leave a bad review but unfortunately this is necessary. Our daughter’s family treated her to a lovely painted pair of trainers from this store. They were completed on the same day. The cost was £275 which was a lot more than we had expected but we appreciated the work put behind the shoes. However, after a few weeks of wearing them with caution, the paint had began to crack off and peel off. We got in touch with the branch who said that this should not happen. After this they were very unresponsive and are now ignoring messages regarding this. Just be warned that the shoes will not last. And they do not fix them even though their website clearly states the paint is permanent. I hope they actually respond as this has been a very disappointing and expensive birthday present. I would leave photos on here if I could just to show you how well kept the shoes are and it’s clearly a fault with their paints.

   I had a great experience at the Shop. Chiara was super patient with me in choosing the design which I took almost an hour to finalise. Later she went above and beyond to further customise it to my preferences into a unique design and add her artistic spirit to it. I love my shoes and looking forward to getting my next pair.

   I visited the Camden Market store before Christmas and spoke to Luna about my idea. She is the loveliest woman, had so much enthusiasm about my design (even though it was a bunch of badly drawn doodles on my part) and she managed to create something that was a million times better than I could have imagined. Luna did an outstanding job, and I will be asking for her personally if I ever need something like this done again.

   I spoke to Maura to organise the following design on my white vans. Not only did she reply very quickly, but she was very helpful with all my queries. The design on the shoes is outright amazing, and I'm so grateful to the staff. It cost £75 for my shoe design, which is fairly reasonable considering I was going to throw the shoes out & buy new ones anyway. Would definitely use this company again!
