   I've been to JC's before for hair styling and have always been pleased. I've had a bouncy blow drow for a special occasion and deutsch braids for a camping weekend. I came in last week for a consultation and patch test which didn't take long at all. Hailey couldn't have been more helpful recommending what I wanted doing from my very vague description and uncertain preference. The Olaplex range offered is amazing and I'm so glad I got that in my service. Shampoo and conditioning service by Ellie has left my hair feeling refreshed. Hair is exactly how I wanted it to be, colouring couldn't be more perfect with more treatments included than I could have imagined such as the toner. So so so happy with my hair and the Neil Wolf haircare set to ascertain the condition my hair is now in! Highly recommend and they're open on a Monday!

   Have been coming to JC Hair Saloon for over 16 yrs , the staff are very welcoming. I have never anything to complain about with my hair, i would well recomend having your hair cut, coloured and blow dried. So pop in if you pass they are very helpful.    Just went in today and I have got to say the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Upright rude and some passive aggressive staff. Did my hair nice but cut my sisters hair lopsided leaving chunks of different lengths for a straight trim. Definitely would not recommend. Not going again.

   I have been coming here for about 15 years now. I have never had to wait they run on time. They are all very professional and there customer service is outstanding. Many times I have changed what I would like doing and they have always accommodated to what I would like doing. All the staff are friendly and happy. If your looking for a reliable hair dresses I would recommend J C Hair xx

   Been here a couple of times..... on one occasion my head got burnt with the hairdryer. The stylist told me to stop moving my head and I told her she was burning me. She just tutted!! Another occasion they made me tip my head upside down to dry my hair saying that my hair was too fine to get any body. Surely a good stylist knows how to get some volume??!!! Nonetheless I’ve not been back... this was a while ago so maybe it’s got better??

   This is a busy but efficient salon so even without an appointment you are not waiting long. The staff are friendly and give sound advice. I was very happy with my experience and will return. I can't really comment on the prices, mine was a simple trim and very reasonable so I would imagine they are competitively priced across the range of colouring, cuts etc.
