   I had a really excellent experience at Jones Bootmaker Victoria, especially considering how incredibly busy the store was with Christmas shopping and multiple sales on. The shop was absolutely packed, yet the service never felt rushed or chaotic. A special mention has to go to Gloria, who I believe is the store manager. She was absolutely lovely and handled everything so calmly and professionally despite being short-staffed and dealing with a constant stream of customers. I had a few requests, and she was so attentive and helpful, managing to look after everyone without ever making anyone feel overlooked or less important. That really stood out. Thanks to her help, I left very happy with both the service and the value I received. I bought a beautiful pair of black leather knee-high boots as well as some tan shoes, and I’m delighted with both. A big thank you to Gloria and the team…outstanding customer service in a very busy store. I’ll definitely be back!

   We always go to Jones for my partners shoe, quality is great and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. Today we had a visit store wasn't that busy but nobody came to help at all for many 30 minutes, I had to approach the staff and ask for the shoe sizes, they brought us the shoes and left no other help was provided. Many customers came in the store and left as they were not getting any attention by staff. I had to carry the shoe to the till and put it in box myself as the staff could not be bothered to do their job. Honestly very disappointed I have been to many others stores of Jones and always had the best experience but this store has fully disappointed me.

   I’ve never shopped at Jones before and what a lovely experience it was! Susan was brilliant - she was so very helpful, offered great advice and nothing was too much trouble for the team. I find it rare these days, unfortunately, to receive such good service in retail stores (unless they’re luxury and you’re literally paying for it!) Thank you Susan.

   I was served by a lovely lady who sorted me out with multiple sizes until I found the ones. Then served by another lovely lady at the till. Both staff members were bubbly and full of joy… despite being at the end of a no doubt long Saturday. Very impressed! (The shoes are fantastic too!)

   Thank you Susan and Ted for a wonderful experience. When you think of cold weather, we think boots and when we (wifey) thinks boots, we think Jones. We visited Jones Victoria outlet last week and had a wonderful experience. Susan and Ted were amazing with their help, suggestions and more over lots of laughter.    Staff were not very attentive even though the store was empty, leaving me sitting around waiting for a pair of shoes to try on for 10 minutes until I requested them again from another staff member. The whole time I was literally making eye contact with the staff member who had initially told me they would bring them, while he had decided sorting through some empty boxes was higher priority. Also staff didn't seem to know their stock very well, contradicting each other and the website. Was happy with the shoes I eventually ordered from the website later though.
