   Service in store is not bad. Only if you can get your item in store will you actually leave this place happy. Once they don’t have it in store and it’s all about ordering online, that’s when the issue starts. I should have really listened to the reviews of not receiving items or waiting for a month etc. as I am dealing with the same issue currently. Ordered trainers in store which were promised to be delivered in a week, absolute maximum 2 weeks. A month later, there has been no communication of dispatch or that they are in process. Nothing at all. If it does not get refunded by today I’m contacting my credit card company and reporting them to the relevant authorities. Really disappointed

   If I could leave a 0 I would absolutely livid.. my 16 year old son ordered a £350 pair of trainers. He received an empty box with a note inside saying we believe your card is being used as fraud if you send us ID through email we can sort this. We then had to go through the bank to get his money back which kick game have told the bank the shoes were sent as the box weighed 2kg they were not sent at all but obviously the bank is taking their word rather than a 16 year old boys word. I’m so angry. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

   If I could leave 0 ⭐️ I would. Never order from them online. If I don’t get my shoes in the next week I will def. Be filing a small claims case. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before buying. Trash service, trash shipping prices, trash company. I see why they hide their number, the amount of people complaining about them would have phones ringing off the hook for months.

   Ordered a pair of Jordan 1 which were available in the correct size on the website, paid for them and more than a month later after literally endless follow-up I get their copy and paste customer support responses thanking me for my CONTINUED PATIENCE. All the while they are sitting on £300 of my money. See you never!

   To start, the staff were very helpful, I was served by Nikita who was very friendly and made the whole process really simple, she couldn't have done much more to help me. Extremely happy with the trainers, they are spot on, more than happy to pay the price for this sort of quality. Overall the whole shop had a great vibe and I have come away extremely happy! Would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a pair of good quality Jordan's.

   Unfortunately not a good overall experience. I bought a pair of dunks photon dust at the beginning of January on the Kick Game website and spent £299 plus delivery cost. I got the item pretty quickly which was a good thing, however here start the disappointment. I appreciate that Kick Game is a reseller and I was willing to pay the price that I did, but at the same time I would expect an exceptional quality of the product and service. Not in this case!!!. The shoe box was all broken, inside the box I found hair and I wasn't impressed about the quality and accuracy of the details on the shoes. I had to send the shoes back as they were too big, which I did within the time frame and as explained on the website, once they will receive the item back I could expect the refund within 5 working days. This didn't happen, no email letting me know of the delay nothing. I waited more than 2 weeks and then I had to email them multiple times to question and have updates on my refund. They reply with sorry will be now 10 more days. 10 more days passed and still no email from them. I then eventually got my refund but considering the amount of money they are charging for those shoes I would expect a much better experience and customer care.

   Nice products but very poor staff. Was a struggle to get anyone to help, then when they did they would spend time chatting with other staff and not really helping us. My son just wanted a pair of Nike Dunks but was unsure on the colour and whether a new one was set for release and he didn't know if they were supposed to fit a half size up. Ended up telling him I'd buy them from elsewhere for him as staff were just chatting and not attending to us. 2 stars based on the shop being very nice at least and a good variety of shoes
