Massive thanks to Amy who was so helpful, I (eventually) purchased two pairs of shoes. Sadly I had to return a pair - nothing wrong with shoes - just my smashed foot causing problems - Amy said absolutely no problem, refunded money and was just so understanding. Fabulous people, excellent attitude and great customer service which is seriously lacking in so many places today. Thanks again Amy

We were in London last week and made a special trip across town to visit this store, even after seeing some negative reviews. I’m so glad we did! The woman working there was absolutely lovely—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect shoes for my needs. Honestly, I’m convinced those bad reviews must have been for a different store. I love my new shoes and this store! Definitely worth the visit. No, I don’t work there—I’m just a very happy new customer. Thank you, Iflylondon!

Excited to visit Fly London today to purchase some boots . How disappointing, the shop assistant was unhelpful & unfriendly and made no attempt to find out how she could help me. Poor people skills snd zero communication skills . I will buy them elsewhere .

I had a great experience with both the staff and the shoes. Staff was helpful, easy to chat with and still professional. I bought a pair of ankle boots and loved them so much, I went back three days later to look for another pair!

Nice shoes but not weather proof - so avoid wearing in rain and snow - that made it 3 stars Worse it was just after xmas and while my wife was about to spend £180 on some boots - I fiddled with the reindeers - making them look into the store not at a green pair pair of boots…. The Kapo store manager accused me of vandalism… so guess what no sale… Get a life and you’ll win loyalty… if you really think a 4 inch reindeer is so important, you can move them when I’ve paid and left…

My friend warned me of the appalling customer service at the shop in Earlham Street, but I wanted to pop in as i've passed it so many times while recording in the studio next door. She was not wrong, and she smiled as i had to shout across the shop to find out about various Boots, and all i received were one word answers. Really unsure as to why anyone would buy anything here... would win the award for the most horrendous service!!!

What a passion for selling shoes the staff at Fly - doesn't have! two shop assistants one more bored than the other when I was there last week on a relatively busy Saturday. I was visibly interested in spending about £100 but no attempts at all to assist with chosing best fit. Almost reluctantly went and got me a different size when I asked for it. They weren't interested in any of the customers in the shop. They've got nice brands but I suggest you only go when you know exactly what you're going to buy. Or to try the shoes before you buy them online - no less has this shop deserved.
