Kat is an outstanding colour technician, I always love my results. It's such a relaxing experience having my hair done with Kat, I could fall asleep when she washes my hair and the cut is always on point. My boys always look so smart when Kel does their hair too and she even manages to tame the unpredictable youngest. Lovely team.
I absolutely loved how I was treat, the way both of the girls spoke to me and how they treat us all in general. I had a little issue with the colouring and remained calm through out the whole process but both of the girls worked so so hard to enable me to get the colour I hoped for and I could not be more grateful. I am so happy with the outcome and will 100% be going again.
I have always had an amazing experience at Jack Alexanders, Kel and Kat are always extremely friendly and welcoming, they take their time finding out how you want your hair and gave me professional advice on how to improve my hair. Plenty of coffee and drinks offered throughout my appointment, overall a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in the salon!
