   Have had my account here for about 3 years, friendly team always happy to help. Louisa is a good addition always has a smile and nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately I have to withdraw my 5 star review after today's experience. I was refused service for not wearing a mask despite exemption, and told that they don't care if you are exempt you have to wear one. I have emailed Tippers and have been accused of being a liar. My business has gone elsewhere to a merchant who understands.

   The prices are average. My only complaint is that I applied for a job at their head office in Lichfield. They said that they WOULD contact me but they never did. Even when I phoned them because I'd been offered another job, I was told everyone was in a meeting. This happens every time I called. They should just be honest & tell the truth. Wouldn't work for them now if they doubled the pay.

   Not good we were shouted at across the car park by a woman on a folk lift truck telling us to park in a bay in their car park but we had walked from home to Tippers which I told her but she still shouted most people park outside on the road and they shouldn't no apology to us for shouting .We went in the store to buy a radiator key which we found a pack of 2 for £1.94 took it to the till and was told they were £9.40 we had checked the price before going to the till the assistant said well that's what they are coming up at on here we asked him to go and check the label which he did reluctantly and re entered the barcode which came up at £1.94 but again no apology .I can quite understand why there was only one other customer in the store when they employ very rude and unhelpful staff . Definitely won't be using that store in the future .
