Amy and the girls are fantastic, the team are so helpful, they go above and beyond to help you, they not bothered how time it takes to help you get what you need, I have visited a couple of Screwfix stores and this is the best by far, I would like to thank the team for all their help and support.
The staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, efficient. I know if I'm going to Screwfix Tamworth that I'll be served quickly and if not, it's because they're genuinely busy, not making themselves look busy. All in all, a good branch.
Always get great customer service at this branch. The prices at Screwfix are normally very competitive as well. I have used this store several times for Click & Collect orders. These are always promptly processed and ready to pick up quickly. The staff are always polite and friendly. There are cycle parking stands right outside the door too, making it quick and easy to lock up your bike.

All the staff from Screwfix are very helpful and always smiles at their face. Assistant Manager helps me to change the safety boots even this shop have no stock, she helps me to deliver to the shop next day. Great service and great staff. Thank you again.
