   I bought a pair of socks from OFFSPRING Shoreditch store, and they tore after being worn only once. I went to store and the store manager Suraiya suggested I must have used force and tore the socks, implying the socks are of good quality. I then contacted customer service requesting a refund, but they refused, citing a “hygiene policy.” When I pointed out my rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which guarantees refunds for faulty goods), they blocked my email instead of resolving the issue. This experience was extremely disappointing — both because of the poor product quality and because the company chose to ignore a legitimate complaint. I would have appreciated a simple refund or replacement. I hope OFFSPRING reconsiders how they handle faulty items and treats customers with more respect in future.

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. I didn’t appreciate the female staff member making my experience in the store very uncomfortable. I had asked her if I could purchase the Liam Gallagher Achille’s in the size I requested and when my pal had asked for the pair, she muttered “reseller”. It’s very distasteful to judge a consumer of your brand since its inception by that rhetoric. Offspring, as a company, need to up skill their retail staff in costumer service as the least expectation is to be responded to politely and not in a hostile manner.

   Absolutely terrible experience at Offspring on Commercial Road — the staff were unbelievably slow, unhelpful, and treated me with outright disrespect when I came in to buy a simple pair of shoes. What should have been a quick purchase turned into an unpleasant, drawn-out ordeal that felt discriminatory and completely unnecessary. Rude service, no urgency, no professionalism — I will never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this store

   Offspring Shoreditch was great! I was pleasantly greeted by a lovely girl Anaya, who just made my shopping experience so easy even though I was taking a very long time to decide. She was super helpful and patient very good service and great chat i will definitely be back!!!

   This store is a joke will never buy from them again, as a Christmas present my bf ordered in store the wrong size of shoes, went to exchange them and the assistant manager said they’ll arrive in 2 days. Got an email the day after with the refund and my bf got the money back! Called the store she said I should call the customer service and with the rudest voice she said: I can’t do anything I don’t work in the warehouse! As someone who’s worked in retail for 10 years let me tell you love you shouldn’t be managing a store! The company must be really desperate to hire you!

   This store is a joke! The manager and the assistant manger need severe training, the assistant manager has ruined my whole weekend and caused me anger and anxiety!! I ordered a pair of trainers online for next day delivery, having received them in the wrong size I searched all of London for the correct size, I called the store that had my size to explain I’m coming to exchange and please reserve my size, they assured me they will, having drove 2 HOURS!!! for the assistant manager ANNA to then process me a refund I DID NOT ASK FOR and then tell me with the most stupid and rude face “ well it’s already done now there’s nothing I can do”. Disgusting attitude and below par customer service, ZERO lack of care or listening skills deserve to get the sack! Didn’t even admit to a mistake or apologise, ran to her manager who couldn’t do anything either! I’ve spent £10000’s in this store they will never see a PENNY from me again.

   Please don't buy anything here,cause thier custom services are worst! Cancel orders without any reason,and can't get money right back till they get back the goods,even you don't get goods either ....it's terrible....

   Bought a pair of trainers online and the shipping address auto filled into a hybrid of my current and old address. Emailed straight away to try rectify the mistake and got told there's nothing they can do about it. So disapointed with my first experience dealing with this company and definitely would not recommend! Going to loose my shoes and the trainers!!!
