   Worst company ever, place an order for black cats, DPD left them outside and they was taken by someone passing. Nike will not talk to me and tell me to wait for an email. Waited a month to be told they was delivered so no refund will be given. Appealed it and waited another week to be told the same thing. Not got anywhere with this so I’ve reported them to trading standards

   A shocking company given the fact they're such a big well known brand. Ordered my son a pair of air jordans that were thankfully in the sale but still cost £61.99 - they didn't fit, so I processed a refund, followed their guidelines on returning, went to the post office with the label THEY provided, sent off and got proof of sending. Website sates 14 days for a refund - on day 17, I get an email that says "we have investigated your process for a refund and have decided we won't be refunding you" - no reason as to why and no way of contacting them back. Spoke to someone on a live chat who just said they can't override the senior teams decision and still can't tell me why the order can't be refunded. Absolutely shocking service and will never order from Nike again. Now having to raise this issue through my bank. Have sent proof of sending with the post office to Nike 3 times! Nothing.

   Really terrible customer service, order a trainers and decided to return it for another colour. Used inpost as instructed by Nike, put the return in the locker and received the email confirmation from inpost that the item was returned. After a month of no refund got in touch with Nike who gave me the run around and finally told me in an email I won’t be getting a refund because they received a non Nike item. I asked for pictures of this they said they can’t send me but it’s apparel and they can send it to me. I refused to receive it because I sent the Nike back and received confirmation. They are thrives, I called every day for over a month, called inpost thinking they have a scam going on, they are saying Nike needs to open an investigation but Nike refused and now after I demanded the cctv footage from inpost of myself placing the box in the locker they are saying the footage is now not available. I went to the store where the locker is near too and it’s too late their cctv is not erased. So I’m not left without my refund, Nike are disgusting and I’ve now gone to citizen advice and will be contacting trading standards! Won’t let them get away with this

   Still waiting on my order from 17th June. DPD left parcel outside block of flats in a bush. Nike customer services just keep saying its under investigation yet I have still not received my order or any refund

   Worst service ever .Mariam who is a manager doesn’t even know how to deal with customers .they messed up my order which I was supposed to to take it with me for my nephews birthday in germany .and I was made to chase my parcel by their carrier service which is DPD another worse and messed up delivery service .the driver dint even come to my door and said we missed the delivery and both Nike and delivery company blaming each other other wasting my whole day chasing my parcel end up flying to my nephews birthday without his birthday present and still Nike is not taking reaponsibility for the inconvenience caused .stress ,frustration ,wasting time .they wanted me to leave my 3 kids under the age of 10 on their own at home and chase the driver than expecting me to walk 45 minutes to pick up my parcel from the post office leaving my kids in danger on their own . And the joke manager named Mariam should be shamed of her behaviour so as the DPD carrier service .
