   Malcom is very helpful behind desk however the not taking card payment rule unless the card owner is actually at the desk is beyond frustrating especially when competitors have no problem doing this elsewhere, they must lose so much business because of this inconvenience , it’s a complete no brainer to use somewhere else first to avoid this imo

   Not a bad place for pricing however I have noticed it comes and sacrifice for quality on some stock tbh. Timbers are often below par and natural stone calibration issues. But if you can live with that then it's not too bad

   Make sure you check the quality of goods on receipt. The boss at the till isn’t very friendly either, needs some customer service lessons.

   Materials are at a high quality of course with prices to match. This place is not for cheap materials this place is for quality materials and if you enter with that in mind you will love the place. Only downfall was staff are a little rude on the yard and they all seem to try and dissociate themselves with the business when you ask a question they all seem to split lol
