Tool Hire side of this Buisness is an absolute shambles.Honestly don’t bother wasting your time with them absolute jokers.
Customer service is not good always we to wait instead all team members siting free. Not good staff they said 2 seconds i have to wait 10 minutes than another colleague come said 2 seconds than 15 min very bad customer service
Recently hired a large dehumidifier from Jewson in Stechford. I needed it last minute to dry our an area of my home before new flooring was fitted. I called the branch, got through to the tool hire department easily and was pleased to hear I could go in and collect the unit straight away. The machine did the job, worked perfectly with no issues and was given advice on how to transport it and use it before I left. I did struggle to fit it in the car, and wanted to give a shout out to Jake in the branch who gave me his own bungee cord to secure the unit so I could get it home. He really saved the day as not quite sure how we would of got it home without this, thanks Jake! Top service from Jewson Stechford, will certainly be back if i need to hire tools going forward.

Love this place. Bit under stocked and could do a better plumbing and electrical. Not sure if this branch is mainly building though as seem to have a massive range outside.
tool hire team was really helpful, went the extra mile to help me, carried the hire equipment to my car for me. really good knowledge with the equipment and gave me a really good demonstration on how to use the equipment i was hiring safely. i will be back in the future - highly recommended.
Fantastic team. Can't find the words to thank the guys at this branch. Everyone from the delivery drivers to the men out on the yard to the managers are extremely helpful giving good honest advice. They always manage to find the materials I need and deliver on time, even on short notice. Couldn't be doing my build without this team. Thank you
