   To be honest the staff and security are really good & nice to my children who have Autism & myself too and also I have physical disability that can affect my mobility & pain All staff are nice so far especially Courtney & some other ladies there too help me on the cash scan & pay machines my children know them very well & good repour with them. We just lost one of the nicest Asda staff Mandy I believe her name is may she r.i.p xxxxxx

   lack of world food options at this Asda. The selection has noticeably shrunk over time — many ingredients and products I used to buy regularly are no longer available. However Good staff 5*

   Went in last night, and the cashier was having a full blown conversation with a person she knew, oblivious to the queue that was building up behind her. Interact with customers is ok, but blimey to stop scanning and chatting to a friend is on a new level. The staff in this place( but not all) are generally incompetent and very rude.

   Be sure to check your receipts before leaving. There are some items increased in price on receipts but not on shelf bar codes. For instance Tetley 240 tea bags £5 on shelf, £5.28 on checkout. This is happening often in this store. This is poor stock control or deliberately misleading. Either way it is wrong. I have shopped at this store since it opened. In my opinion the overall standards have deteriorated immensely.

   Probably the worst supermarket i've visited in my lifetime. Staff are pretty rude generally, and customer service counter is a nightmare. Typically one member of staff on, serving a growing queue of 10 plus people. One lady very friendly, the other older lady, consistently grumpy as hell. Also check the sell by dates. Last year i picked up a box of flapjack bites from the bakery. As i was queuing i noticed they looked slimey. They were one whole month out of date! Shocked, i showed it to a staff member, who simply took it off me with barely a response. To be fair to ASDA i imagine its a store that comes with its own particular challenges, through no fault of the company.

   No bags at all in store and no warning. Had to abandon shopping in self serve area after finding out. Waste of 20 mins shopping. Went into Iceland Sam shop was actually cheaper and they had bags!

   decided to to do a big shop at asda first time and using the smart scan app. app managed to scan a few items i did not have like a stake at £9.00. got the self checkout all items in my bags, screen showed i needed a member of staff member of staff came over took a look at the fact i had used scan app and started moaning and swearing under his breath! and went to get someone else. who started scanning some items to find i had missed one item off scan to be told you have missed this item you need to scan everything again the app is no use and don't use it was the member of staff response and walked off. have always used scan app in other shops with no issues but even asda staff say don't use the apps they don't work

   Becoming extreamly dissatisfied with Asda's over use of automated tills and lack of employed staff. Staffing was that bad tonight that half the automated tills was shut as not enough staff you couldn't write this, we need to put a stop to this before everybody is out of work ASDA bring back manned tills and human interactions, job security and stop being profit hungry or I will be shopping elsewhere People before profit !!!

   This store has gotten rid of loads of decent staff only to replace them with self service checkouts. They want you to basically do everything yourself with minimum staff contact. The tills which do have staff on have the biggest queues. One thing will go wrong and it takes an age to resolve. Loud blaring disco music its like torture. Never again
