   Have been before and really enjoyed it, decent food and reasonable price. However on 2nd visit staff today seemed stressed, got the orders wrong...I ordered 2 x rice box but they didnt have the chicken so ordered the toastie instead, but it arrived without the advertised salad, coleslaw and crisps. The waitress said these were extra and seemed surprised I asked for them, even though they are listed on the menu. So I mentioned it and they gave me a £1 refund for both orders...apparently the salad coleslaw and crisps are just 50p each? So £5 for a small basic toastie. Cup of tea was fine. Think 1 lady was preparing all the food orders and the staff weren't communicating. Same thing happened with my parents order, who were visiting with us, ploughman's turned up without the listed items it's served with. A shame as had enjoyed previous visit. Honestly with all the renovations at Haigh there needs to be better food offerings. It's all basic stodge at all the food outlets - chips, sandwiches, pies, toasties.

   So refreshing to visit somewhere and not be ripped off! The food is fresh, good portion sizes and so reasonably priced. Less than £30 for three meals plus drinks including a smoothie and luxury hot chocolate, and freshly baked goodies - 2 brownies, granola bar and large cookie. Bonus points for being dog friendly and offering a cute dog menu. Rose really enjoyed the scrambled eggs. Will definitely be back!

   The best food, drinks and service at Haigh Woodland Park!! The staff are friendly & amazing! Café is wheelchair friendly with disabled toilets, highchairs and baby change facilities and is also dog friendly.

   Very friendly and inviting! Great the fact you can take your Dog in, they even had Dog treats. Had the most amazing Vegan Vegetable tart. Highly recommend!! Will defo be back.

   I went in on Saturday morning (20th March 2021) not long after opening! The lady serving was extremely friendly as she always is (she always displays very good customer service skills) the coffee was ‘spot on’ as usual! However my first choice of sausage was unavailable so opted for bacon! It was nice enough. However it was grossly over packaged. As you can see in the pics! Considering the location I would think they would be more environmentally conscious. The lost star is because of: no sausage, over packaged.
