   I have been to Asda cafe recently and I couldn’t eat the meal I ordered - it wasn’t good. But today I have come to the Tesco cafe in Wigan and I ordered fries (or chips) and a crispy chicken burger. The fries were perfect and not oily but just crispy enough. The chicken burger was delicious. Great service - good atmosphere- really pleased.

   Our favourite cafe has gone downhill, tables loaded with plates and cups, really dirty tables, had to wipe our own with a tissue and hot water! The food and staff are great but you simply NEED MORE STAFF! Tesco stop being tight with staff or you will end up losing your locals that frequent this once highly rated cafe.

   I visit the cafe quite often. Normally get coffee and some sort of breakfast. Rarely have a problem, staff seem friendly and hard working. I could say it is pricey but not sure nowadays as everywhere is! Coffee is pretty decent.

   Popped in for lunch prior to doing some shopping. Ordered the all day breakfast * 2 , one upgraded to soda bread) with a tea and a coffee just under £17.00. Good portion, not over facing, filled us up (plates were cleared). Would go again.

   Cracking little cafe, had the big breakfast and was not disappointed, food hit and well cooked, nice decent sized coffee and sat at a table overlooking the small river/canal to the side. Weather outside was sleet and windy so this was a really pleasant place to be. Staff happy and friendly so could not ask for more!
