   If I could give MINUS stars, I would. Swinton Pharmacy was an absolute DISGRACE today. I have never experienced anything so cold, heartless, and downright dangerous in my life. My best friend was having a serious asthma attack, not wheezing, not coughing, but fighting for every breath, the kind of panic where you’re watching someone slip away in front of you. I ran into this pharmacy SOBBING, shaking, begging them for an inhaler — an inhaler my friend has gotten from THIS EXACT PLACE multiple times. The ambulance wait time was nearly TWO HOURS, and every second mattered. And what did the pharmacist do? He looked me dead in the face, refused to help, and started shouting at me while I was crying my eyes out. Instead of showing one ounce of compassion, he decided to threaten to call the police because I was “too distressed.” Sorry, but if my best friend is struggling to BREATHE, I’m allowed to be distressed. The way I was treated was beyond unprofessional, it was CRUEL. I walked in begging for help in a life-or-death moment, and they treated me like a problem instead of a human being. The lack of empathy was unreal. Absolutely no care, no urgency, no humanity. Swinton Pharmacy should be ashamed. No healthcare provider should ever treat someone like this, especially when a life is on the line. I will NEVER forget this experience, and I will never step foot in that place again!

   I was supposed to use this service at 10 a.m. this morning for two tests. I really appreciate that we have these kinds of services in Manchester, especially when the NHS doesn't work for the majority of people. I will often use this service.

   Absolutely horrible people all they care about is money, I got my inhaler prescribed to the pharmacy, they said that it was accidentally prescribed to a different pharmacy that was then closed. I was Having a severe asthma attack and they would not give me an inhaler. The guy even went as far as saying to me that he knows how an asthma attack looks like and I’m not having one, although they could see that I was prescribed one to a different pharmacy accidentally not to mention the fact that I go there almost every month to get a new prescription for my inhaler. They were so rude and obnoxious PLEASE AVOID!!!!

   Says open at 8am now it 9:11 was sat there since 7:30 till 8:39 even had some information saying the don't really care what time they open on a Saturday but when someone ill and there Prescription been sent to this pharmacy and I really need this you need to sort you time out on a Saturday or put that you don't open weekends
