   Strongly advise against ever setting foot in this store especially if you are in any way vulnerable for example I have autism and usually have brilliant interactions with Nero baristas but the pink and black haired woman managing this store caused me to break down in an anxious episode because her customer service was verging on nastiness she does not know how to talk to people and the two drinks were both binned after a few sips because they were made to such a poor quality. Spoke about it to my usual Nero team in St Helens who advised I email HR as supposedly this person has a reputation for being horrible even staff dont want to work with her. Causing a customer such strong anxiety and discomfort simply for ordering a drink with a minor modification is ridiculous and my partner had to be held back from marching in there and giving a piece of her mind !!! Avoid at ALL COSTS

   The place is not clean at all…! And at 6pm they asked for us to leave the shop and the shop usual close at 630…!

   So relaxing cosy and makes you feel right at home. Me and our mum had a nice latte here this morning. The young lady who served us spoke very nicely to us and we were delighted with our visit.

   The cakes and pastries are good, the sandwiches not so much and the coffee is just average. The service is friendly. The tables upstairs offer a quiet space but the toilets have been broken for weeks and the paint is peeling off the windows. The place needs some TLC and better coffee.

   Love finding a cosy little corner here to chill out with a gorgeous latte after a shopping trip. I suffer mental illnesses & my phone had died this perticular day after the Xmas shopping I'd done earlier & I'd become so worked up and staff allowed me to charge it up for a little bit, jst enough to let my mum know that I was ok and on way home shortly and that battery had died as well. Staff was so kind and lovely to help me the way they did. To go above n beyond to help someone in distress meant so so much to me. Thank you to the lovely lady who helped me and made sure I was OK after id had my coffee. Thank you so much.

   This particular branch was quite busy hence the level of service dropped. The person who took my order was lovely.... the barista who made my drink on the other hand.. not so .... but I guess it was busy and he just wanted to make the drinks... maybe he was upset at something... I dont know. Hope whatever problems he's having they get sorted.

   Went in today, before remembrance parade, to keep warm and have a coffee. Staff were welcoming and gave me my coffee for free, as a thank you for my service. Thank you it was very much appreciated
