   Absolutely appalling service. Courier delivered to the wrong address whilst I was out of the country. When I returned I was told to track it down spent over 1 hour of my time walking around units asking if anyone had seen a parcel that was for me but obviously had no joy. Due to me getting in touch 14 days after the delivery day it’s my fault and I’m £280 out of pocket. Do not use

   Place an order weeks ago. Still waiting have chased up and have not sent it because waiting for 1 x part to arrive. Send the parts you currently have on an urgent courier and send the remaining st your cost. I made the purchase based on the shipping time and this is co finally dragging out. Absolute joke

   Recently bought a new tilt and turn handle. First time using handlestore and thoroughly impressed. The new handle came well packaged, fantastic finish in the gold and a perfect fit for a well worn previous handle of 30 years! Also reasonably priced so I’m now putting in an order for the remaining handles in the home!

   Bought brass kitchen cabinet knobs about 18 months back and have been fitted into my brand new kitchen. We haven’t used any harsh cleaners on them or scrubbed them but about six months into installation One of the most regularly used doorknobs for the mug cupboard the brass started to go sticky and peel off. it’s now happening to all the others. I know they were cheap but they’re not fit for purpose. Also, you can’t leave a one star review on their site I tried and it kept telling me that there was something wrong

   Needed to order a replacement right handed window handle with lock for my apartment, was worried due to the age of the place that the same type of handle would not be possible to replace, however, handlestore.com had exactly what I needed! Initially ordered the wrong spindle size but Karen was really helpful and sorted out the re-order for me along with the correct spindle size! Ordered on the weekend, was shipped first thing Monday and received today 22nd March 2022. Definitely glad I found the site, it took a lot of stress out of my week knowing our windows could be fixed! :-) Thanks again to Karen for her help.
