Great service. I needed to change the height of my skirting at the last minute, they were so helpful and didn't charge for the change. When the product was delivered it was very high quality, 100% recommend.

Shocking service from start to finish. Sent them photos of skirting board I required and mentioned when i needed it by. They confirmed they had it in stock and that it would be delivered by date I needed if i paid for fast track delivery. No items turned up on this date, claimed the courier couldn't deliver as was damaged, finally arrived 4 days later and didn't match what I had sent them, not even close! Then claimed I would lose 30% restocking fee if I returned it plus a £50 pick up charge. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay away from these guys, much better suppliers out there!

Skirting good quality and arrived on time well packaged. Excellent customer service. I needed to change the height of my skirting late on (they were about to dispatch) and they responded quickly and were very helpful. They trimmed the skirting down to the required height and then sent it out. Only arrived a one day later than if I had not asked for the change. Would use again without hesitation.
Amazing customer experience. Chelsea was very knowledgeable on the phone when I called to check a few details. Their products are of a high quality and very competitively priced. The delivery driver was a legend. He unloaded the van and covered the material on the drive, called to check this was ok and followed it up with a photo. Very impressed from start to finish. Delivery charges a joke, wanted £45 extra to drive over a bridge! hayling island is connected by a main road on flat bridge, no toll no nothing! But you wanted £64.95 Had Delivery to London address for £19.95 and delivered them myself on roof rack.
