Contacted Midwest Roofing & Building Ltd late on a Friday afternoon which is never a great time to try to organise any tradesmen! The owner was in his car so said he would call me back when he was able to talk and I expected to never hear from them again but he duly called back around an hour later. Midwest Roofing & Building Ltd came out to inspect our roof on the Monday and a booklet complete with photos and full quote was sent to our address the very next day - a really fast turn around (especially given that some of the other companies we asked to quote took 3 weeks to send us a very basic quote). They also undertook the work the day after we agreed to the quote which again was great service.
Pleased to use Midwest Roofing & Building Ltd again. Roofing Services came out to view the repairs required to the roof over our kitchen and followed it up with a quick and competitive quote. Job was done within a week, as well as a minor fix to some earlier work above an upstairs bay window that was covered under guarantee. Midwest Roofing & Building Ltd carried out a comprehensive survey of our flat roof areas and sent us a very clear explanation of the work with a detailed estimate. They were available to answer any questions and was polite and responsive. When we gave the go-ahead, they mobilised quickly and started and completed exactly when they said they would. Everything was carried out very professionally with no disruption at all. We were very pleased.
