   Am still buffled as to how this branch is quoting me nearly 3x for a similar product compared to other branches. The staff I dealt with, definitely need customer service training. My general experience with has always been good. This branch however, leaves a bitter taste in my mouth

   I recently visited and purchased my new kitchen from Aston Howdens. The customer service I received in store was exceptional hence me finding the time to leave them this glowing review. Upon entering the showroom I was greeted by friendly counter staff and introduced to Hollie a kitchen designer. Hollie was extremely helpful and flexible in working around my work schedule to arrange time to book a visit to my house to measure and design my kitchen. I then met with the manager of the branch Dani who managed to give me a great deal on my kitchen which was better then any quote I had been given from other kitchen suppliers. My kitchen was delivered on time and the friendly driver helped to take my order into my house. Overall the whole experience was exceptional and made stress free from competent people that know exactly what they are doing. Would highly recommend this Howdens depot and Hollie the designer. Thank you guys.

   The staff at Aston were brilliant from the design to the supply of our new kitchen.I had lots of questions over a few weeks and all were answered quickly ,they were so helpful.Once the kitchen was ordered it was quickly delivered and the support and help continued.Its so assuring to deal with such professionalism as I feel this is lacking in a lot of companies.I would definitely recommend these guys and especially Dani,Kas and Teo.

   Overpriced , extortion don't show you the price for anything till you goto buy it. This branch is tiny no space for parking worlds most rubbish location for a unit of this kind. If a lorry is parked there might aswell go home cause you won't be able to park inside and hardly any space outside. They sell units etc double the price of other places I have had that confirmed on number of occasions. Desperate sales reps that phone you aggressively asking you to come in and take items you no longer need. Aston branch is one of the worst. Better off going to Tyseley if you really need something.

   Absolutely fantastic branch!! Very helpful and always great customer service!! Dani the manager is an absolutely fantastic person, always smiling and welcoming!! Nick is the man if your stuck with something just explain it to him and he will go above and beyond to sort it out!! Great work keep it up!!

   I used this company September 2021 to buy a kitchen. I would not recommend using Howdens Aston the staff are extremely unprofessional and vindictive. Once you buy the kitchen very little support and staff members talk about customers in the back office where customers can hear. I would recommend professionalism training moving forward.

   It's our first time using Howdens. Can't believe how quickly someone came out to our house to sign us up and open our trade account. This was very convenient. Went to the Aston depot for the first time today and was greeted by two lovely ladies. One of whom named Michelle. She was extremely kind and helpful, very patient and showed us several products to review. We are very pleased with the service received. A big thank you. Opulent Property Investors.
