   So I went into the store today and I was going to do my shopping and I got a few bits what that was on the list but I didn’t get everything on my list so may need to make the store more easier for me to know what I think is though I don’t have to stress about anything and I won’t be visiting the store again

   No large baskets again for the 4th week in a row just loads of small ones 1 on the till shop assistance just walking round looking busy god help when it comes to Christmas I’ve given 1 star if I could I would have given -3

   Went in today, was struggling to find anything was very overwhelmed, until a tall young lad think his name was Charlie came over and asked if I needed any assistance, he was so polite and lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was easy and really helped to calm me down. it is really nice to see that there is still employees who genuinely care about customer service. Hopefully asda see this and give him a pay rise.

   Lillie on self check outs stood there for a long time before she finally sauntered over like she was doing me a favour. Personally I think she needs training, didn't even look at me or acknowledge me waiting. Disgusting customer service.

   I recently visited your store regarding a bed sheet I purchased (receipt available). The item is covered in burrs and unusable. The store in-charge, Catherine, refused a refund because the tag was removed, even though it is defective and a health concern. She said she would only accept an exchange for “change of mind” and offered no help. The outside packaging was lost. This is poor customer service and an unacceptable policy. Please advise on how this can be resolved.

   Rude and condescending staff. When we had a query and asked for assistance we were treated with ridicule and disrespect. Staff smirking at each other and giving their own personal opinions which were not asked for or welcomed. We have not shopped in Asda for years, we were reminded why we changed to Tesco tonight!

   Self service checkout is always a joke at this Asda. The staff that hand the bags out at the self service are horrible miserable people. Why you’d have them front of house is beyond me. I avoid this Asda when possible.

   The manager at Asda is turning people away who r paid through the government payment exemption service accusing people of having codes the wrong colour or that are not there's when these codes are from the movement for people who don't have banks Sunday and being turned away for are money and accused of the codes not being ares .. disgusting !! Reply _ it was the blonde manager from customer services apparently the only person who can do the paypoint codes as I have been turned away unable to get my money out numerous times with staff saying they can't do it only the manager can. Every member of staff is able to do it . Payment exemption services are used for family's without banks or for personal ry unable to get iD to get a bank hence the reason to be paid with either code or barcode . I used to be paid with the code number because I didn't have a smart phone and same lady would refuse to type in the code saying I need ID or the poctures of the code. There is 4 diffeent ways you can be send codes the whole reason is to help and be easy as many stores have paypoint and fpr asda the main one to be making it difficult for struggling families or turning them away is disgraceful

   Great place to shop. Parking can do with improvement, as the Taxis seem to be in the way of the disabled/child parking spaces. In-store is nice. Good products, good customer service, and, even, seem to have relatively quick in-person checkouts. The pharmacy doesn't seem to have any medication! So if one is going to the pharmacy, remember to go there first BEFORE, the rest of your shopping. But all-round a very good place to shop.
