   Having just been in this store (which I use on a regular basis) with my wife and daughter. After making a purchase and with 5 minutes to go before the store closed my wife wanted to check if they had another item in store we were then approached by a female member of staff (possibly manager) who advised if you can just get what you want, no browsing as there is no time to look around because I want to get my staff off on time. They then followed us round the store until we left. I found this person to be very abrupt and rude and have little people skills. I appreciate that you want to get your staff off on time, but the store is open until 20:00 not 19:56!!! Truly shocking experience as made to feel like a criminal from being followed around the store.

   Looks like a massive store on the outside, but doesn't feel like it on the inside. I went to boots at Gemini today to look at the christmas gifts on 3for2 but there wasn't as much stock as I thought. There was only a couple of small aisles, I chose to visit this store thinking there would be more gifts as its a bigger store, but was disappointed. There's only a few tills, some are self service and feels there should be more tills for a bigger store. I think the christmas 3for2 gifts used to be better a few years ago, I remember there being more options. I think the prices work out more expensive than if you buy the same products elsewhere, the prices are more expensive for other shops, probably to cover the 3for2 'deal'. It's always tidy and clean. Disabled parking right outside but I dont feel there's enough disabled bays. Wheelchair accessible shop.

   If I could do a review without a star I would. Apparently my phone isn't compatible with the app. I'm 65yrs old and I called in today for help off a member of staff, in the Gemini retail branch. I asked for help regards to my over 60s discount card, which I'd had for over 12 months, and because you can't take a screenshot of it, and the app not working, can you help. My reply was not as I expected, " NO, phone the help number on your app, or the back of your card " but I haven't got a card,or app, " you'll have to go to Google play and download It again. " but it doesn't exist anymore, unless you live in Indonesia. So I put all my products down, and went to Superdrug, who helped me download their app, and gave me discount. Thank you Superdrug.

   Great place to have your meditation made out! Quickly done and they listen. I only have one problem and that is pharmacists are constantly leaving and needs to stay! You just get used to them and they’re gone! Other staff have been there over 10/20 years except the pharmacist why?

   Boots is as you would expect. Got everything you need. My issue is that they've recently replaced the tills with 3 self checkouts with 1 member and staff and its become carnage when trying to check out. All 3 tills were having issues and the member of staff couldn't cope with the amount of issues the tills were having. The queue was backing up and I only niped in for a couple of bits. My trip into Boots was so much longer than I anticipated due to the self checkouts.

   Brilliant shop we get all our repeat scripts done, and always ready very quickly, never have to go back for anything missing unlike other chemist we have used. Just wish they had public toilets so I could stay longer.
