   Asda are trialing facial recognition as you ENTER the store. Your details are checked, searched and recorded. Say no and shop elsewhere. We arnt criminal and our privacy is a right.

   The pharmacy inside asda Radcliffe is disgraceful. Staff are arrogant cocky bitchy unprofessional and rude. Waited 7 days for an urgent prescription from Bardoc and the woman spoke to me like I'm a dog. Butch attitude. Then sent my prescription back to the doctors causing me more severe delays and no medication again fir further 4 days I'll now on way to hospital due to their negligence and malpractice.

   Popped in today to grab a quick shop,3 items i could not get, trying to get check out lady's attention on self service whilst she was on her phone the roll of her eyes just told me what an irritating distraction I was to her day. Now wish i got her name but I think that would be a waste of my time.

   Looked online for a baby bed barrier, and this store stocked limited stock. Drove from rawtenstall to purchase the product. After also doing a shop whilst we were there, We wanted to pay with a one for all gift card,and after viewing and being informed on the asda website you can use it. We waited for a cashier so that we could be advised as to use the voucher. The cashier told us we could not use the card, even though the website says you can. They tried scanning the QR code several times and after I tried to informed them that the website says swipe the card, failed 3rd attempt of scanning the QR code, we were told you can't use the card, we were holding the que up and had to pay on debit card. ASDA could do with either updating website information, or possibly giving additional staff training to make sure you deliver a service that your website advised. Very poor service, lack on knowledge and a very poor experience. For such a big name, you expect much better. Use Asda rawtenstall all the time and the service is miles above.

   Got to be the worst Asda in the UK. The place is a mess. Food on the floor rubbish on the floor. Staff warming there hands in the food oven. You see and hear staff slagging off other staff members. Checkouts is a pain the staff are to busy in conversation to get any help never mind asking for carrier bag. They really think I can juggle foing back to the car with my shopping. Says it all when security is off the door and to busy chatting.

   I would like to thank the ASDA staff who went out if their way to help me today. I pressed the wrong button and thought I was getting a home delivery but got a message to tell me to collect. I visited the store and they offered to deliver it later today. I was so grateful.

   Dreadful store. Dirty and damaged toilets. Staff standing around chatting and blocking isles. Lots of empty shelves. Much more expensive than Tesco for some items. One question for the staff - are customers supposed to guess the prices? Lots of items with no pricing on shelves. Only good experience was the lady on the till. Disappointed with a large company like Asda. There is plenty of other places we can shop. You need to raise your game to keep customers.

   When to use the to Parcel returns machine which displays it is open from 8am. It was closed. When I asked an Asda assistant as why they said…ooh it has a time difference on it and it’s been like that for months…it won’t open until it’s 9am even though it show as open from 8am What a great response. Pity Asda don’t care to either sort the issue out or display a notice with opening and closing time correct!

   Good choice of products in store fruit and vegetables sells out so nothing much left in the evening. Never enough tills at the weekends. Be careful where you park as car park on a slope and trolleys left all over. McDonald's on the side of the car park is a plus, Starbucks now in the car park as well- serves good coffee but so slow. There's a post box in the entrance and 3 cash machine justoutside. Has a passport photo booth, currency exchange and a coinstar machine. Timpsons just outside the store.
