   My experience with them has been consistently negative. Every time I visit the store, the service is very poor and unprofessional. The last time I made a purchase, while I was paying, the employee treated me rudely, as if she had a personal issue with me. She threw the items into the bag angrily and tossed the receipt in an unrespectful manner. Unfortunately, this behavior is repeated almost every time I deal with them.

   I had a very unpleasant experience at Superdrug in Bolton today around 4 pm. I went to return a damaged facial cleanser. The manager was extremely rude, treated me as if I were trying to steal, and offered a refund less than I actually paid due to a promotion misunderstanding. On top of that, she refused to return my receipt. The service was unprofessional, and I felt cheated and very disappointed

   Is this branch trying to get itself closed down? I suppose one consolation from reading other comments is that their lousy customer service is nothing personal - the staff hate everyone and REALLY hate having to serve customers.

   Customer service at this store is horrific and practically non- existent. Staff are SO unfriendly and unwelcoming. Was served by Denise who kept giving me dirty looks despite me smiling at her multiple times and wishing her a nice day. Training on being a decent and kind human being is clearly needed here. Very unpleasant experience and will not be shopping here again. Discriminatory behaviour. I will definitely discourage friends and family from shopping here also. Do better Superdrug.

   I entered the shop with one of my friends on Thursday 9th around 4ishpm me and my friend are both black girls aged 16-17 and I believe I got racially profiled there since I entered the shop the employee who was near at the door she was eyeing on me, she kept coming and checking on my friend as we are both black since we didn’t buy anything and I had my laptop and my charger in my bag soon as we were leaving the scanner beeped and she immediately took all my bags out hands without asking me if I can give it to her, I also went to the store the day before with the same friend but that’s when we entered the shop and the scanner beeped but one of the workers said it was fine since I said It was just my laptop and bag. After what happend the lady went to her co worker and goes if I “stole somethingL to mark it down I am still traumatized after what happened I didn’t get her name but I hope she faces consequences as I was seriously offended and hurt.

   Staff are extremely rude, vile and unhelpful, especially there is old lady is short and she has blondy hair. all time is anger, she charged me £10 more today for my purchase. As well as she blamed me that she gave me back my change but not gave me back my change iam not stupid.she can’t work well. HORRIBLE!!! The worst Superdrug store ever. They should be reported.
