    Closes at 11am on a Saturday but listed everywhere, including their own website, as open until 12. I rushed across the city to get what I needed to finish a job only for them to be closed.

    terrible service and quality, ordered materials to be delivered in the pm on the Friday and they never came, apparently the driver went home. tried to re book else where but was unable as the branches don't allow for that. spoke to the guy on the phone, not very helpful at all and not sympathetic to the situation there fault had put me in, better off going to jewsons to buy stuff

    Placed an order on Monday 29th Apr for delivery on Wednesday 1st May and failed to deliver. I had arranged for workers to do some work in my garden on the Thursday. I called them 4 times and they assured me that driver would deliver on the Wednesday, but never did. Then I received a call from the office to offer me a delivery on the following day, they failed the following day as well. I had to cancel the workers once again. All this time I’ve been phoning them 4-5 times a day just to ensure my delivery will be made. And they kept assuring me that it would be made. What makes it worse is that I am literally 2.5 miles away from their base! No excuse for failing local delivery! They should be ashamed for misleading customers. I shall take my business elsewhere going forward.

    Store closed at least 7 minutes before the advertised time. All employees where there but hid behind a closed gate and refused to sell me goods. I have wasted an hour getting there. I will not go there ever again.
