   To begin with, their customer service is absolutely terrible. This place may be cheap, but so is the quality. There are so many things wrong in this place. Untrained mannerless staffs is the biggest problem. One staff member in particular, the guy at the first-floor counter was a pathetic example of human being. When asked where a certain product was, he didn’t even bother to look up from his phone. He just pointed in some random direction while scrolling through reels — and the product wasn’t even there. Unbelievable!

   Tried to steal money. Customer service was really poor waited while they talking. Bought 2 bucket of paint which was on offer for £40 . actual price was 1 for £24 They tried to charge me £42 and when mentioned £40 then , I have been told , if you know price then you should tell us. Even didn't say sorry or anything. Unprofessional customer service.

   Been here a few times , on this occasion we ordered the tiles for our kitchen extension and the chap who served us (in the photo) looked after us right from the when he saw us looking at the tiles to when we placed the order. He did walk away a few times but he was busy helping others. They’ve got a range of products for fixing up your house. Few months ago we were desperate for radiator brackets for a vertical anthracite radiator as it was missing from another company and Uk plastics had exactly what we needed. Their prices are decent too.

   I have been using UK plastics for a number of years. The standard has dropped the staff don't know what they're doing. Some of the prices are double than normal prices . There think everybody's are mugs . They got different standards for different people. You got to know your stuff and your prices if you use UK plastic.

   Update to my previously deleted review. Initially they got in contact after seeing my review, apparently they never saw the pictures I sent via WhatsApp to their driver of the window that bends in the middle or the poor plastic mouldings on the corners (as clearly shown in the photos). So I deleted the review and was promised a partial refund which I was happy with. But unfortunately since agreeing to refund the money they now find it difficult to answer the phone or even reply to the text messages.
