I've been going to the shop for over 15 years. When you can't face the big drive to B&Q its a good alternative and he has lots of stock. In fact you'd be surprised with all the stock he has.

Queens Park Stores is not your average corner shop—it's a hidden gem! Despite its modest size, this local store offers an impressive array of goods, ranging from electric and plumbing equipment to everyday essentials and much more. Whether you're in need of a last-minute DIY fix or simply stocking up on household items, Queens Park Stores has you covered. The convenience of having such a diverse selection within walking distance is truly invaluable to the community. Moreover, the friendly service and personalized attention from the staff make every visit a pleasant experience. Queens Park Stores may be small in size, but it certainly packs a punch when it comes to meeting the needs of its customers. It's no wonder this charming corner shop has become a beloved fixture in the neighborhood!

Walked in looking for something completely esoteric with little hope of finding it. I asked this quiet dude who appeared out of nowhere and he just reaches over and grabbed exactly what I needed. It was an experience. Loved it. Great place.

There's somethink not quit right with this place I brought a gas bottle from here the large blue one didn't last very long at all brought another one from somewhere else a smaller one and its lasted much longer than there one but one of the owner said they had a calor gas fire it there living room so maybe they are using some out of each bottle so they don't have to pay for it them selves. Very expensive here. So maybe its worth looking somewhere else for a gas bottle.

Trad hardware store with some of everything. Astronomical prices = in my opinion

Yes, it is quite expensive, but for a hardware store in such a good location, it is worth it. No need to drive to a B&Q at a retail park. Service is great and they have EVERTRHING you need for DIY.
