Bought a pair of £65.99 Hunter Wellies in January 2018 and they have now faded and peeled terribly. I’m now questioning if they are fake goods?!?! I’m very disappointed and look forward to a response from this company. Very annoyed!
Disgrace of a company. Paid 150 for a pair of boots as a present for someone. Never received them but took the money of course. Ignored all emails. Absolutely hopeless bunch of con artists
I have been waiting nearly a month for a refund and still have not received. This is despite receiving 2 refund confirmation messages through amazon. Please advise where my refund is.
I would like to give 0 stars but no option. Like all the others on here massive delays and issues with delivery and then latest update is delivered... But I've not received it... Post was tracked but really it's been delivered somewhere else... Speaking to the post office they confirm its been delivered, they have my money and really useless. Avoid this company at all costs, all seems a little like an uneducated fraud. I'm 100 quid out of pocket and no shoes so have to take legal action via amazon for a refund... Absolute scam.
The order states as shipped with a tracking reference and the order agreed as full payment had been taken. The order has since been cancelled stating that unable to fulfill however, the product is still showing as available albeit at more than twice the original price (>£350) This is unacceptable and dishonest. Correspondence sent requesting clarification and a standard generic email response received copying same information in the first cancellation message
