   This place has really gone downhill wouldn't hurt the mother and daughter to take a class in customer services,very unpleasant. I also think they should use some of there own rodent killing products as mouse droppings were seen on the bottom shelf

   Very rude staff Mom and daughter very arrogant and unhelpful,also ive been to this shop 3 times to get diy products and was told they would be ordering what i needed every time went back they just fobbed me off.Also very aggressive dog in the they dont seem they can control
