The lady who served me was polite and made me feel welcome. I ordered a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a T cake. I didn't have to wait long for the T cake. Both my drink and T cake where hot and tasted lovely.
The staff dont listen to orders unless they know you personally, they complain when you ask for 2 tea spoons of sugar, which is 4 sachets of sugar, and only give you 2 sachets which equals 1 tea spoon, They have a grumpy attitude and they complain when you ask for a reciept I do not advisr coming here Ever
The staff are very friendly. Food is ok, a nice brew. Prices are good, quite cheap compared to other places in the area, only thing was the wait from ordering until the food is actually with you. It wasn't that busy when I got there, it did get busy as I was there, got the brew straight away, then waited 25 minutes for the food, by which time the brew was cold. I would go again though.
I enjoyed a really good cup of tea in the Coffee Stop this morning, and the Staff always wear a lovely smile and were ever so pleasant when they served me :)
I go every week best bacon on toast ever, really friendly staff and lots of regulars which is always a sign of good food and service
This is my local cafe and I go there every day for my breakfast AND lunch! Always a friendly service from the staff and the owner will always listen to what the customer wants. It's prices are competitive and I've never found fault with anything so far. Can highly recommend the milkshakes (Mars, snickers & Ferrero rocher are my particular favourites) and the new ice cream is to die for! Thanks to Sonny, Trina & Mark for being the best (and the rest of the staff too!)
Has some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted. Service was pleasant, staff was helpful. My number one ice cream place in st.helens ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
