It's a lovely, small Cafe. Unfortunately the hot food is not as hot as it could be. The service is still pretty good, but the food is often only just warm by the time it's served.
Great service, very friendly staff and nice coffee too. Good value for money.

Firstly, the staff at this branch are lovely. Always very friendly and chatty. The food is lovely as are the drinks. The 3 star is that they have ran out of reward cards for customers. We go each week and get it stamped, then when it's full, you get 2 free hot drinks. The owner has told the staff not to use other cards for customers to build up rewards. What a con artist. The cards are a reward for your repeat custom. Eating out anywhere is a treat and to give a business your hard earned money is something any business owner should be grateful of. If its a cost cutting exercise, it won't work. We will just go elsewhere and spend our money. That would be a real shame as the girls here are brilliant. Sort it out asap or customers will move on.
First class service and food. And not expensive. The staff are always polite and friendly. Me and my fiancée love this place and go here when we are in St Helen's.
We usually use this place often. Nice & very busy coffee shop/cafe located within Hardshaw Centre in St Helens. Good selection of sweet/savouries & drinks. However, yesterday I was very alarmed by 1 or 2 hygiene issues by staff which will makes us reconsider using this place again!! Lady in the queue next to me made same observations.
A great little cafe with some excellent muffins and snacks to eat. The staff are always smiling and really happy to chat with you. The only negative is the hot chocolate is never really hot enough.
