I'm not and I repeat I am not a delivery driver, I'm just a man on a motorbike who stopped in his old town to get a brew on passing. Yer that comment stank and explained why I got a naff brew. I wouldn't mind the women who made it has worked there for like ever making a naff brew shouldn't be happening with that length of time making coffees.
Staff are Very low they even dont catr about the customers need always busy in their own gossips . It was almost time wasting experiance nothing more then

Costa in St Helens is a great little place to go to for a brew. Especially if you have the Costa App. It can get a bit busy and noisy with all the customers, so it’s not somewhere I can work from but it is nice and warm, which is a huge plus.
Quite busy coffee always good it's pricey but you get what you pay for service and staff friendly
This is a great place for a coffee & maybe a bite & to relax at that end of town. It was bigger than I expected, but it's a pleasant, inviting coffee shop.
Bad customer service, I’ve ordered 2 iceteas they done it whithout ice they tasted like water with no flavour at all.. another order was for an ice latte with vanilla, they done it whithout vanilla and with literaly 2 cubes of ice. Tables were dirty and the barista was clearly a moody one when requested to get some extra ice for the iceteas like he was about to kick us out for just requesting that ice, ordered 3 sandwiches they were cold even tho I’ve asked the cashier to make them hot.. plus it was not busy at all. We didn’t even finished our drinks and left them on the table. Comparative with other Costas this one lacks the customer care and being nice to them… not visiting again.
Tables need cleaning after customers and had to ask for hand gel. Food drink fine as always. Staff friendly enough.
