Jones, located at 74 Mount Pleasant Rd, TN1 1RJ, is a distinguished footwear and accessory shop with a heritage dating back to its establishment in 1857. Having endured numerous changes in ownership, the company still successfully conveys a sense of tradition and quality in everything it offers. First Impressions: Brightness and Presentation: Upon entering the shop, especially during a promotional sale, I was immediately struck by the atmosphere. The space is exceptionally well-lit with light-colored flooring and walls, creating an illusion of a large, uncluttered and well-managed environment. The shoes and accessories are presented decently on the shelves. The product range is extensive, featuring high-quality, stylish "serious" footwear for both men and women—including formal and informal shoes and boots—some of which are understandably priced as premium items. Exceptional Service and Craftsmanship: The staff were a standout feature. The attendants were impeccably dressed, clean, and warm. They were pleasant to speak with and genuinely willing to assist with any questions. Their professional and welcoming demeanor seemed to perfectly complement the high standard of the products, creating a cohesive and pleasant shopping experience. If you are looking for shoes for formal events, parties, or business meetings, Jones is a must-visit; you will not be disappointed. Product Quality and Value I personally managed to purchase a black brogues boot at half price thanks to the ongoing promotional sale. The craftsmanship evident in the products on the shelves truly reflects their long history since 1857. The color combinations of the shoes in the shelves were excellent, with deep reds, light browns, blacks, and even blues, all looking "knock out" and sophisticated. I will definitely return and highly recommend Jones for anyone looking to invest in serious, high-quality footwear and accessories.

   Great service here, however it really irritates me when they try pushing the ‘protective shoe spray’ - should shoes not come with all relevant protections….going down the route of Ryanair. Soon they’ll ask if the want laces!!
