I cannot thank sheryl and the ladies there enough, after appearing on their doorstep with a hideous colouring from another hair salon , sheryl was amazing understood my issue and tried their best to resolve someone elses mistake and i thank these ladies for everything they did... highly reccomend to anyone.
Duo is an amazing and lovely hair and beauty salon, all the staff are proper friendly and lovely, can't ask for anything more, Kerry is an amazing beautician, Sherilyn is a brilliant hairstylist, definitely worth going, if your parking outside make sure it's not over 2hours, you'll end up with a ticket.
The salon has recently been taken over and is now under new management. They did an amazing job of my hair, cut and colour, it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much to Joanne & team for making me feel so welcome.
Would not recommend this hairdressers. I went in when it had changed names from Rume to Katie Green?? Thought I would give local business in my area a chance. Staff were poorly presented, which in my personal opinion, if you're a hairdresser it's a good idea to have good hair. The girl washed my hair half heartedly, which left it feeling greasy. My stylist was using a hairdryer that I think was older than me, she hacked away at my hair almost like she didn't know what she was doing, just making it up as she went along. (And I had picked a senior stylist when booking) no products were used at all, apart from shampoo and conditioner. After she had finished, my hair felt frizzy and unwashed and I had to go home, trim the uneven bit at the front and book in with a different hairdresser to correct it. To top it off it was £32 for the whole ordeal!!! Only consolation was that it was quick.
