    Completing this for my 85 year old mom with poor eye sight who came into your shop, that she has used for many years, and was treated very poorly by the female assistant working. She asked for your help and you wouldn't help her. You were rude to my mom so my mom left. Are you like this to all customers or just the older generation? Have some respect!!! My mom is amazing, you don't deserve her custom. You guys were never like this. What's happened??

    Had the item I wanted but I will never use this place again. The female serving was unbelievably rude and uncourteous. What is wrong with people? Do they not want the custom?? Plenty of alternatives. Your loss believe me.

    l left a review about my poor experience in this shop & l then received a rube shocking response back from them, insulting my personal appearance, & telling me that l was talking nonsense & to return back the item purchased. It is so easy for these small retailers to blame individual customers, when they leave bad reviews. But just look at all the previous negitive reviews regardlng this shop & the unacceptable customer service experience by many other customers. "Speaks volumes " Say no more.

    Poor customer service, terrible quality products. Better off going to a major retailer and paying that little bit more for better quality and better overall experience. I would personally avoid this place at all costs

    I have spent many pounds at this Blackheath shop and have always been satisfied,however today I am totally disguted with your "staff" and their attitude......purchased a twin pack of 42watt light bulbs,paid £2.50. (no receipt)..... Walked out of door towards my car,opened the box to have a look at them and noticed filament loose on one bulb....turned round and went back...(ABOUT 40 SECONDS).....told them it was broken...and told no refunds!!!!....he knows I only just got out of doorway....but refused to change the bulb.... again he said ..no refunds ..no guarantee on anything electrical...... I've only just gone through door....this is BAD CUSTOMER Relations......you have lost my future custom....hope the £2.50 help your business.....put it towards having your staff properly TRAINED.... VERY DISAPPOINTED.....you do not deserve even a 1 star

    Shopped at this store for a venetian blind. It had most of the fittings missing to it making it unuseable. Returned it for exchange. Refused exchange saying I had 75% discount on the blind even though I'd paid full price for it.Absolutely shocking treatment from store owner. They way they treat customers is disgusting. In the end got the screws bracket and end caps out of a staff member after big row with them in shop. I went back with receipt for it as proof of full payment for blind they said amount on the receipt could have been for anything in the shop as it did not have item on it. Be warned if you buy something from here that is faulty You will not get a refund or exchange as they do not itemise receipt. Horrible Shop. Avoid. Reply to owner, I did not buy the blind expecting a discount on it neither did I ask for one when I bought it. The discount you thought I'd had is the issue you alone had. I paid full price for a venetian blind and I fully expected it to be fit for purpose. (That's one with fitting so I could hang it up). Even with your price label on it and your own receipt for that price you were still unwilling to even offer an exchange. All I wanted was an exchange for a blind with the fittings nothing more. Customers should not have to go through what I went through in your shop to get what I paid for. Even then the blind fittings the lady assistant gave me were from a box of odds and ends you had out the back. As for the other customer I can't comment as I wasn't there. I can only comment on my experience in your shop, and treating your customer with suspicion of trying to get something for nothing and refusing to offer a simple exchange let alone a refund simply isn't on.
