   Wesley what a Mega Man! I had nearly given up the will to live this was my 4th shop & everyone was looking at me this lass gone out when I asked for thread lock but not Wesley , he located Screw fix’s equivalent for me to buy & when a guy fell in the shop he was first to help ! Oh I did say I would mention the other “two thorns that looked pretty and supported this flower Wesley “ well done screwfix these three did you proud !

   Great local tool store, the staff are always helpful and efficient, most items are usually in stock and if not are ordered in within 24 hours, my only gripe is I find the pricing is not as competitive as other tool stores but that's not the branches fault it's Screwfix as a company that need to do something about that as there is plenty of other tool shops around that blow them out of the water on price, apart from that they are a great store when you need something asap.

   Darren was ever so helpful, excellent customer service. He went over and beyond to help us. Sadly another member of staff (Rach) was very disruptive, kept Interrupting this was rather annoying.

   This location has a somewhat decent level of service, but their next door neighbours are on point with a five-star service. I'm not too fond of Screwfix as I believe most of the commodity is overly priced same as their sister company B&Q.
