Poor. Two ladies behind the counter gossiping about clients, quite rude, very unhappy about people touching merchandise and asking questions. Impatient and pretentious. The third one doing all the work and looking after customers. Thank you for that.
Sadly not a great shopping experience here Friday late afternoon not the best time obviously!!! Went in to look for a stocking filler The staff near the door treated me politely but it then ended there I can understand when you work hard all week you want to go out and let your hair down but I don’t expect staff to be FaceTiming friends whilst putting on false nails at the counter laughing loudly down phone!! I do understand we live in slightly different times these days and would want people to looking forward to their social events after work but this was unacceptable to me when I go in to the shop and pay good money for what I think are quality goods Sorry that’s how I feel and I’m sure Timberland as a brand, would not expect this behaviour from staff !
Came into store today was greeted as soon as we came in, staff was very helpful and polite, was served by a staff member called poppy who was lovely very friendly such a nice atmosphere in store how all stores should be! :)
Wife and I just went in to just browse very close to the shop's closing time. The manager helped us answer all the questions we had and also ensured that I can try a pair even though we were feeling guilty that the shop was close to closing time. The service she provided was not rushed at all and she took the time to help with size and we left purchasing my first ever Timberlands. Very happy customers!
These guys understand what great customer service means.
I came in with the mindset to buy a particular item. Due to extremely poor service and attitude of staff. I was just left waiting for 20 mins to even try just 2 pairs of boots!! Store wasnt even busy and staff just chatting amongst themselves.. extremely unprofessional. We then left and went to another store which had a Timberland concession but ended up buying another brand.
I tried order a boot but the website is misleading, because on the website shows as the boot's price is £ 87.50 [30%] but when I added to my shopping cart the price incrase to £ 125. I received the information that the website is not fixed yet after the promo. This is a big disappointment for me from such a big brand like Timberland.
Luke the assistant manager of the store should definitely be the General manager! His customer service was above and beyond. My partner and I will certainly be coming back if we need new shoes.
