Surprise find, so good we went twice. First Breakfast top quality locally sourced ingredients well cooked. Excellent friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere, very reasonably priced. Went back later for Snugbury's ice cream got a warm welcome. Highly recommended

Alright, so £8.95 is a lot for a small toasted chicken mozzarella pesto baguette. It was pretty small for the price. Mainly though it was really, really dry. Needs much much more pesto. There’s no point using precooked chicken breast here… chicken breast is just dry. And really, for £9 using processed mozzarella… at this price point you HAVE to be using fresh cheese. The coffee was ok but there’s no point serving a flat white in a latte or cappuccino cup… the whole point of a flat white is that it’s smaller and more concentrated. At these prices to get even the basics wrong is disappointing. Oh, nearly forgot… the cinnamon roll was drier than the Sahara Desert and went in the bin. Not responding to reviews suggests they don’t care.

The special pasta was absolutely amazing! Chef Amin was fantastic and even shared the story behind the dish, which made it extra special. The staff were super friendly, and the whole experience left us so happy. Great food, great people – highly recommend!

Another visit today, deep filled Apple pie was great only problem mine came with no cream other people's did also my wife's soup came 20 mins later the wait for hot food was not explained when ordering at the till . Friendly staff, nice clean tables , best porridge in chester lots of different toppings available, reasonably priced, only slight problem was my wife's food came well before mine (goats cheese salad ) so we ate at different times

The place to be for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. It is a hive of activity every time I've been. All food is freshly prepared right infront of you. All cakes are homemade, look delicious but not tasted as yet

One of my all time breakfast/brunch/coffee places in Chester! The cakes are super delish and they do fresh juices as well. Theres outdoors seating area and it’s lovely to sit outside during the warmer months. The indoor seating is quite big, network connection issues due to it being in the rows, however, Wi-Fi is available. There’s dessert options available. Make sure you ask the waiters as they’re really warm and happy to help.
