   The coffee was only warm not hot had no taste and watery £7 for 2. We took one sip and disposed of it. I can't believe they are able to get away with this when the sign on the cafe promotes Coffee. I Would have checked reviews if I had more time as there is an alternative cafe but it will be busy. Now you know why.

   This morning I was served a cup of tea by Sam. Exceptional customer service. He dealt with a queue either side of the kiosk in a calm and friendly manner. He actually cared about people's experiences and served me a lovely cup of tea. Thank you Sam.

   I got a chocolate muffin, the expiry date was taken off, and rewritten by hand, noticed and asked to exchange it with something different, or a refund, but the guy said I cannot refund it and the manager is not here so can't exchange it either, so left with no choice but to take the expired muffin and get out.

   Price has gone to the point where you may as well go to Costa and get a decent coffee. Over £3 for a push button sub standard coffee ? No thanks. Flat white, weak and insipid. Slow service
