   Ear piercing for my daughter's Christmas present. Karen was outstanding. Made the booking online (easy), spoke to her on the phone before the appointment (took time to answer my questions), and on the day explained everything not just to us, but made a point of including my daughter. Talked through the procedure with her, asked if she was sure she wanted it (nice touch). Would definitely recommend. Support a local business as well.

   I'm in my 50's, so after careful research, I chose Karen to pierce my nose in late May this year and this week I've just been back to Karen to get a second piercing done (a false Helix in my ear) I'm so very happy with both piercings - Karen gives great adivice on the process, what might suit you best and most importantly, fantastic aftercare details. I can't recommed her highly enough.

I fully trust her as she is a fully qualified advanced practitioner not only Is she amazing at what she does plus really good value for money.    I've had a few things done at fusion aesthetics with Karen and I can not say how impressed I am with the service, value for money, and just how at ease I've felt. Karen is always there at the end of the phone if I have questions before or after, she's happy to top up my botox or review her work. She shows great care of me personally and of her work. She's happy to go through the procedures along with her being fully trained and ready just in case anything goes amiss which it can do with any procedure. I always feel safe, happy, at ease with her friendly, outgoing and caring nature, as well as being a bargain for all her expertise.

   Karen who does the work is absolutely fantastic at what she does , she’s so gentle, caring and will always give you the best advice if your a first timer. I’ve been to Karen a few times now and she’s now my fairy lip mother. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! The results I come out with every time are just amazing!! Also can’t forget her receptionist as well. Such a sweetheart!!! Great service and would highly recommend!!
