Fridge fan started making noise and stopped working. Went in with model number and next day they had the replacement fan available for pickup. Thanks so much for tracking down the part and speedy service.
Awful service. Nobody to talk to. Stay away from this company. I placed an order and paid additional money for a 2 day delivery. I kept chasing (by phone and text), no response. Its a recorded message telling you they are very busy! The item eventually arrived some 5 or 6 days later. Still can't get hold of anyone for a refund.
I ordered a pump on ebay and it took over two months to arrive. Beyke or fast4spares as listed on ebay never chased or applied for compensation from Royal Mail. Royal Mail effectively lost the item for two months. I didn't receive any further replies on ebay for months. Months later I then looked up the company and directly emailed them and got replies from Alex who was helpful and after sending back the pump I did receive a refund finally.

I purchased a pair of carbon brushes for my Numatic Henry vacuum cleaner from their Amazon marketplace known as Aspares. When I opened the package I found one of the brushes significantly shorter than the other, by about 1cm as shown in the first photo. When I reported this to Aspares, their first response was that the "coal" (sic) was not pulled out, and they asked me to pull it out. So I sent another photo showing the contact surface was concave and clear signs of wear as if previously used. Their reply was quote: "Hundreds of cargoes come out every day and we send the products to our customers without opening their packages." So they just send out any old rubbish without any quality check, and then make you prove that the part was faulty. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for wasting my time and causing me lots of inconvenience. Steer well clear of these dodgy people.
