I recently visited the store to acquire a replacement cylinder for a lock, as I had inadvertently broken the key in my current one. While the specific cylinder I needed was not in stock, two gentlemen, one of whom had a distinctive purple beard and another whose name I regrettably cannot recall, graciously assisted me by extracting the broken key from the cylinder I had brought in. Their assistance was truly exceptional. This level of politeness and willingness to go above and beyond to help customers is something I consistently experience with the staff. Thankyou.
