Con men still exist! 'Engineer' attended to identify a fault with our washing machine. He put his hand in the drum and span it around once and said the drum is faulty and machine cannot be economically repaired. Whereas the actual fault identified by the machine is related to insufficient water going into the machine. It was a 5 second investigation and then he demanded the call out fee, which i hesitantly paid and told him to get out. Once he left i looked inside the drum and the rubber had just come off the drum which I pushed back and it span freely. Absolute joke of a company! Would avoid at all costs... Now it's time to find a proper engineer... To clarify the points raised in your response: the building is only eight years old, so it is difficult to understand how the machine in question could possibly be fifteen years old. Regarding the “chartered engineer” you referred to—was this the individual who attended without any tools, and where is the report you stated would be provided? I have yet to receive any documentation. My complaint remains fully valid, and I believe you are aware of that. I wish you well in your future endeavours, but I would ask that you show a little more respect for the hardworking people who rely on your services.
Really friendly owner. Saw a machine straight away for £170 and for £30 extra they would fit it and take away my old one. Which was very reasonable. The men that came with it were very helpful and efficient. I will definitely use this shop again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
